Honestly, I cant express how nice it is having a 500W equivalent LED light bulb as a desk lamp. It feels like I have the sun in my office now.

you should experiment frying an egg with a shoebox under the lamp.....
@lucifargundam would probably work just as well as a 65 watt incandescent, afterall power is power. Besides if it worked for easy bake ovens should work with this :)
@lucifargundam I wish, but i can certainly feel the heat its so bright.
