What would happen during a global RDA pandemic, would be a overwhelming amount of stupidity or ignorance- followed be subsequential death. Even if one were to somehow survive the first contact with it- they would immediately be confronted with it again.
Unfortunately it's super contagious and can be transmitted in almost every possible way.
The best way to prevent such a thing from happening is to stimulate the synapses in your mind and do a lot of reading, along with paralleled critical thinking.

It was a bit sarcastic, but partially serious, considering people's irrational behavior in latest years. There's a deficiency in a lot of people that's keeping things from going smoothly as a unified effort.

i feel like it is a hen-egg problem, but i think part of the reason is the polarization of the recent times. it has gotten to the point where it is one wrong word and you are fucked.
those things are a feedback loop. if you get called $x often enough, you start to act as $x because at least people of group $x don't treat you as an outcast. it actively costs energy to not get polarized oneself, and i think many people just don't have any extra energy to spend anymore.
i think this holds true for many of the current problems, be it vaccination, migration, etc. most people don't start extremist, but are pushed there from the other side by belittling and the threat of cancellation. the other side of cause welcomes them.

just found it interesting that this is included in the list they way it is: a bit too specific to say _engineered_ pandemic vs. just pandemic.
