To the west, you have drouts and wildfires. To the east/south you have snow/rain.
It's common amongst many to joke about exchanging weather due to how bad things are in general and how dynamically opposite weather can be in relatively close proximity.
Currently NorthWest US and parts of Canada are on fire. It's a bigger deal for those affected at the moment because it's a new concept- whereas there are places like California which is always on fire to the point that one can hardly keep up to date on them without having to put extra effort into doing so.
So as hot as it is right now, I could go for some of my neighboring states' flood water right now since we're supposedly going through a drought ourselves.
@lucifargundam Sounds like in the near future there needs to be a lot more attention paid to water management. We're doing that too, but we're not doing enough. Though the effect is that we face less severe stuff than you over there right now..
@trinsec
As severe as it is- this is also the norm for my area. Those with gentle constitution cant manage living here- nonetheless afford it.
@lucifargundam That's a pretty broad area. ;) I know the west is boiling. The east should be fine atm?
