this was a repost about bringing awareness to "Gaslighting". If you're not familiar with the term- its similar to brainwashing and is actually very common. Many tools of gaslighting involve guilt and invalidation. Making other people believe things did not occur when they actually did- is a brief/simple example.

I have been a victm of gaslighting many times- and the only tool I currently have under my belt is keeping a journal of regular/frequent thoughts/observations. In effect, i validate my own suspicions when i evaluate a consistant series of events along with an outside factor that corresponds or equally projects such an outcome.

tldr; dont let people put shit in your head- think for yourself and write it down somehow.
