@lucifargundam its apparently common for business owner types to project their own motivations on to the workers. problem is the workers typically don't share in the winnings. it's just a job for them and they got paid whether it failed or not. and the owners don't realize that if they want to drive workers like they drive themselves they actually need the same motivations.

also a lot of worker types just aren't motivated or ambitious so they're never gonna care about working themselves to death for you rather than like, playing with their daughter.
