Over here, there are areas that have banned fireworks. People light them anyway- because they feel they have the right to do so. Local and higher-level government offices participate in fireworks just as much as common people.
Some left-over 'flashers'. They cost about $0.50. Sometimes they're added for free with larger purchases. I like to roll them across flat surfaces as they flash. As if I'm instead bowling- but with fireworks.
@lucifargundam In Beijing, polices will actively search and arrest people who light fireworks. Before Xi, people can light fireworks during the spring festival. But after he came in, he completely banned the fireworks. People guess he is afraid someone use firework to attack him😅
