So far, this has been the best interview I've had- hands-down. Would definitely interview with again just to feel like a human being instead of discounted steak at the grocery store.

Made some homemade #quesodillias for a late dinner.
- flour tortillas
- cheese
- ham
- green onion
- cayenne pepper
- Sriracha

+ Gather desired ingredients, prepare accordingly
+ Lay down tortillas on pan
+ add cheese first to only one side of tortilla
+ Add other ingredients to the same side
+ Add more cheese
+ Fold over, cook evenly on each side until visibly cooked as desired. Keep flipping occasionally (2-4 min) to evenly disperse heat.
