@lupyuen My container has ml markings so just take a note of that. Yes, sourdough is good stuff. I love the taste of bread made with it. Have you used yours yet? It looks good!
@chrism Feeding my sourdough starter is highly therapeutic during lockdown... It grows twice the size every day, and unlike plants, it won't die 😀
@lupyuen Enjoy! It's good fun baking with sourdough, I find it very relaxing and always enlightening. Each bake seems to behave differently depending on the ambient temperature. I'm sure you will do fine & hopefully enjoy the experience. Fingers crossed.
