@lupyuen neat. isn't it part of the joy of sourdough baking supposed to be the attention and sensation of interacting with the living yeast? I guess this is more after your starter is established, so it just helps with maintenance...I've haven't baked sourdough yet, but that aspect of it is something that's delayed me, so this could be useful
