@lupyuen Wondering how they plan to implement this and, specifically, how they intend to link every device to its user or owner's identity and age. I assume this is something they were already doing (the way big tech does it, with trackers and user profiles based on their online activities; WeChat's omnipresence makes that even easier), but this particular measure suggests something more crude, like a centralized device registry.
