@maison_faim Well, to be totally honest, sometimes they can. But the good news is, better days are always ahead, and in order to see those days, you gotta get through the hard ones.
The hard days are always difficult, but once you get through them, esp. if you use them as an opportunity for self-reflection and personal growth, boy is it worth it.

Having a good goal, long-term or short-term, helps one put one foot in front of the other. Or at least that's what I have found.
