I feel people are going to have to just do what they haven't been doing, which is basically being responsible right from the beginning to sort all these things also right from the beginning.
In some ways from this skewed point or out-of-reach stuff some people are right not to care in general or even care about what seems like a unfair situation... in many wars... all from how it got there...
usually from other people doing spending and decision making... so that is the devil that needs adjusting else... it's kinda like *shrug* while at the same time consuming politically, talking politically but not really doing much but follow other people following... (debate is not exactly part of following orders in which level of society you look)...
"Take the power" back might just include simple people's own power (power of mind) which frankly is probably a bit 'untapped' hehe (taps temple).
