Seen several "put content warnings on politics" posts and I don't know how to tell white people that 90% of all life is politics. You're asking people to hide the stuff you find unpalatable and that's not a reasonable thing to expect other people to do for you.

A very inaccurate system for identifying talent might select 90% men, and 10% women. As that system of identifying talent gets more accurate, the percentage of women selected will float towards 50%.

More good news: the more impacted a group was by a less accurate classifier, the more benefit that group will receive as the classifier becomes more accurate! It's most powerful where you need it the most.
