Spain has approved a four-year national strategy for open science, under which all outputs of publicly financed research will made available free upon publication.

@copdeb no I won't be in Berlin in june...
@copdeb we are open to discussions and international coordination is a necessity. We are also discussing with india. I will be in Costa rica in May for COAR general assembly. This is a placé where we could discuss with more South American countries. And we hope to organise à french/South america meeting about open science after the summer (in paris).
@copdeb it has been created in Europe. We hope to extend it, in one way or another, in the future.
