The French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space and the French National Open Science Fund, together with other funders, are supporting GRIOS: the Global Research Initiative on Open Science. GRIOS is commissioning systematic reviews on selected topics about research on open science. This will enable us to examine what is already known within the research community, what works, and where there are still gaps in knowledge. These systematic reviews are expected to inspire the next generation of open science policies in the coming years.
The first call is now open for research into two topics: incentives for open science and research data sharing.
Submissions are open until 20 July 2026 (16:00 CEST).
