I've been trying to do a keto diet lately.. Its been mostly successful but my problem is when I'm craving carbs it is hard to get in a mental space to think of exciting keto-meals, order the food before I run out, and actually cook it. A lot of it is laziness, but some of it is just craving carbs makes it hard to get motivated.

Anyway I decided to try a new tactic. I signed up for a ketogenic meal plan. I get 18 meals a week sent to me frozen, all ketogenic, I can eat 2 - 3 a day and been on my diet and good to go. I really think it will eliminate a barrier that is keeping me from success.

We shall see. The nice thing is the meals arrive once a week and every single week its entierly new meals. So there will be plenty of variety. The nutrient data seems right on point for what I need to be both full and loose weight.

I have high hopes, lets see. Attached is my selection of meals for the first week.

@freemo all of them have very good looking! I don't know how do they taste but hope they ate delicious! Only one thing, they look very big plates to me. I am not sure if you did the carbs calc but if you combine some them a day, maybe they would be a little excesive, are they? Perhaps, you only eat one of this dishes a day and a few carbs more.
Any way, i think you are doing the right diet if you put tasteful recipes on it.

@mikelga I wont know till monday when they arrive. But they do look nice!

They are 400 - 800 calories each. So about 3 a day would get me to the recommended 2000 calories a day. Being keto presumably my hunger wont be very high so I may go under and just eat 2, we will have to see.
