Today's menu includes curated iberic pig ham and loin. Mushrooms with caramelized onion. Pastry for dessert. Toro region red wine, dark red colored tastefull, dry and very alcoholic wine. All that because my father in law comes to have lunch with us. Come whenever you want, Juan!
@design_RG yeah! It was great but now i have to do three days of penitence... I will only have water and will be running as a soul pursued by the diablo. 
@mikelga LOL, that's too much a price to pay for a nice meal. I would have reduced the Jamón, and added some Mediterranean diet extras for sustenance.

LOL, good! I meant diet as in regular Mediterranean area foods -- vegatables, dairy, fruit, dried nuts, olive oil and the other good things in that cuisine.
