@mur2501 the matrix chat provides something similar as it allows voice. So no plans right now but im not opposed

Actually I was thinking about setting up a Jitsi server but then remembered I didn't had a static IP 
@mur2501 You can always use a hosting service. They can be pretty cheap

Anyway Jitsi on qoto would be a very good idea, we would then be able to arrange live scientific discussions
