fasting with wu-wei (effort-less/non-work) principle in mind

plan
1) to do intermittent fasting to reduce the calory intake, make it a habbit
> 4 hours of eating for a day, the rest is fasting
> beware of withdrawal sympthom, for starter give every 3 days (4th day) a break
2) increase the activity of cells for a bit so that the number of mitochondria have a bit of increase. This will help the metabolism.
> don't get too much on exercising, nothing good came in hurry
> push more when your body weight is suitable
3) no sugar or junkfood
> stay away from that
> say no often
4) no porn/nofap
> you need testosterone to stay fit
> yang energy is indispensable
