Had a rare restart of my server PC the other day, and my VPN didn't autostart after reboot. Downloaded Battlestar Galactica, got flagged by NBC Universal and sent to my ISP scolding me. What's funny is I already own it on Amazon Video :/
Always make sure your VPN is on
