Well, any definitions for "active moderation"? Server moderators are not law enforcement. They can't chase those people 7x24 unless you pay taxes to them.

But heck, you can't break other laws because of your freedom of speech. I think that's a piece of common knowledge, since it's unlikely to be a necessity. And that cannot be your excuse for committing harassment, discrimination, etc.

*If you really want someone constantly and actively moderate for you, then welcome to China. The government will like you, a lot. And a free tip: read 1984 and Brave New World before you move there.*
