could Pfizer, Moderna, etc, sue someone like Majorie Taylor Greene for making false claims about their product? why don't they?

@jerlich They likely wouldn't because of the discovery phase. They have been doing their best from making that data available to the public, and it no doubt would be. Secondly, they would need to show that they were hurt financially, and their profits since COVID are record breaking as a company. So it would be tough to prove that they were hurt from her speech. Also, they don't have the best track records with lawsuits, having lost some of the largest in world history.

@obi Ya, I could see it being hard to prove damages. I wonder if a hospital or other health service provider could have a better chance at showing damages.
