If you see a guy with a camcorder for a head doing a funny dance.

I got four identical notifications for this poll ending.

Check out the planned cover for this upcoming #anime release from @sentaifilmworks! Is it on your to-buy list?

theregister.com/2023/08/12/vei What are your thoughts on Veilid? It appears to have some novel elements to it.

"Free software is the anti junk food part of tech."

Lol.

Uh, free as in freedom, not free as in paying nothing (although, it's usually that too).

Some web browser developers used to go on about how great AVIF would be.

But, I'm not understanding how it's better than just using a PNG or a JPG. It isn't more efficient, I've tested that myself.

I don't think it's inherently bad, all things being equal, but neither do I see a real advantage to anyone who isn't a web browser developer implementing an image algorithm. I guess it might be more free.

I spoke to my good friend, God, and he agrees that kink shaming is wrong, and psychologically harmful.

Everyone should be respectful to their, uh, comrades and their rights.

Also, both funny and cute pictured, lol.

Isn't (a common abbreviation because the full name is far too long) one of those "the name runs all the way down the spine of the book" novels? Lol.

It's a funny anime (with I suppose a cute art style) about basically God screwing with him.

Apparently, X is aggressively attacking VPNs, because privacy and basic human rights is too much to ask, I guess.

Who knows, maybe the fediverse "experiment" can offer up possible ideas here on how to offer a different kind of user experience (without Uncle Sam coming in to whip someone).
