@omi I believe it is Qoto's own hosted Git thingy, and I think anyone can join. @freemo would be the better one to ask.

It is our own gitlab host for any open-source projects.. As long as you plan to host your code as mainly open-source you are welcome to an account.
We offer free ultimate level licenses to everyone (normally 100$ per month per user).
