После нынешнего крайне неожиданного результата, политологи соревнуются в трактовке раскладов Таро и попытках объяснить, что это вообще было. Поэтому напомню свою собственную теорию - о том, какую роль у нас играют "выборы". Выборы - это, конечно, никакой не "гибридный режим", пытающийся прикинуться демократической ветошью перед западными партнерами (такие мотивы когда-то может и были, но уже в прошлом). Выборы - это не спектакль, символизирующий принятие власти народом. Здесь, конечно, есть элемент ритуального плебисцита, когда толпа собирается на площади, чтобы присягнуть царю. Но главное совсем не это.

Выборы у нас - не мимикрия и не эмуляция легитимности. На западных партнеров давно плевать, а народ здесь - объект, нечто вроде тумбочки или табуретки. Выборы не для Запада и не для народа. А для кого? Выборы - это для бюджетников. Основа власти у нас - лояльность госаппарата. И смотрите. В госаппарате такое же расслоение, как и всюду. Верхи купаются в роскоши, низы хрен без соли доедают. И вот раз в N лет наступает день (теперь три), когда холеный чиновник АП и нищая учителка работают в едином порыве. Это единение вокруг общей цели. И это, во-первых. Во-вторых, одни отдают заведомо незаконные распоряжения, другие их исполняют, третьи - приглядывают за исполнением. Это единение в общем преступлении (стандартная мафиозная тема). В-третьих, все они противостоят независимым наблюдателям и тем, кто голосует "неправильно". Это единение против общего врага. В-четвертых, бюджетников массово загоняют на участки и принуждают голосовать как надо. Это демонстрация и отработка власти системы над своими винтиками.

В общем, выборы - это такая тренировка по отработке лояльности в госаппарате, а заодно замер уровня этой лояльность. Полагаю, это единственная форма "обратной связи", которая всерьез волнует власть. Так вот, сквозь эту призму и стоит оценивать результат. Тренировка прошла успешно, уровень лояльности по приборам ~90%. Здесь, конечно, можно говорить, что лояльность "ненастоящая" и вопить, что нарисовали "туркменский результат". В каком-то смысле ненастоящая - то есть, недобровольная. Держится сугубо на страхе и жадности. Но держится же. Власти не нужно никого убеждать, что она хорошая и представляет их интересы. Достаточно убедить, что она могучая и способна всех согнуть в бараний рог. В Туркмении, кстати, тоже отлично работает.

Робко и аккуратно всплывают намеки на то, что «за путина» было вброшено не менее 31 миллиона голосов. Очень впечатляющее исследование опубликовано в газете Новая Европа.
Скорее всего, это действительно так.Есть прекрасный метод (Шпилькина), который позволяет соотнести все возможные нюансы выборов на основе официальных данных о явке.
Но! Скандала не будет. Кремль поморщился и сплюнул на башмаки обличителей.

Но даже если бы сама эллочка напилась, и в эфире 1 канала, с адским хохотом поведала бы миру, что упырь, в реальности набрал лишь 10% - ничто бы не изменилось.
Путин был бы также нагл, а народец так же покорен.
Концерт и инаугурация прошли бы без сучка и задоринки.

Дело в том, что никакие цифры давно уже не играют роли. Лживость «выборов» понимают все.
А в россии правит тот, кто может посадить, запытать и убить. В этом смысле путин пока вне конкуренции. Его карьера завершится лишь тогда, когда появится тот, кто внушает страх больший, чем он.

Это рекордный масштаб подделки голосов на президентских выборах в России.

Фальсификаций было настолько много, что область «честных» голосов статистическими методами выделить практически невозможно.

С помощью метода математика Сергея Шпилькина «Новая-Европа» оценила долю «аномальных» голосов на прошедших выборах. Мы использовали данные по итогам обработки 97% протоколов ЦИК, собранных каналом Невыборы.

Без учета электронного голосования, в выборах приняли участие 74,5 млн избирателей. 64,7 млн из них, по данным ЦИК, проголосовали за Путина.

Метод Шпилькина выявляет, сколько голосов было «добавлено» победителю за счет вброса бюллетеней и переписывания итоговых протоколов. Для этого сопоставляется распределение голосов за разных кандидатов с явкой на каждом отдельном участке.

Если выборы прошли честно, распределение за кандидата-лидера и всех прочих кандидатов должны быть идентичны, то есть отличаться только по абсолютному значению за счет разного количества голосов, а не по форме. Однако вброс за одного из кандидатов влияет на распределение: он увеличивает и явку, и результат.

По результатам проверки 100% бюллетеней действующий президент России Владимир Путин набрал 87,28% голосов избирателей, следует из данных Центральной избирательной комиссии.

Ранее ЦИК заявил о рекордной в истории современной России явке на выборы президента. По словам главы комиссии Эллы Памфиловой, всего на участки пришли более 87,1 миллиона граждан это 77,44% избирателей.
