I don't know who needs to hear this but it's okay to turn up your font size.
@peterdrake Here in Mastodon? Not too bad, size wise, although I would prefer a Serif font, Georgia, myself.

@peterdrake Ah, I understand - you meant a desire for larger fonts in general, or the option to use them if needed. I see, and that is a nice idea.
I just joined another instance yesterday and was very surprised by the many advanced features it has. It's a Pleroma node, which is similar to Mastodon but created by a separate team, and has many enhancements.
One of them being a very granular palette of user controls- amazing. Not only individual colors control for each element, if desired, by a choice of font family, size, and even a specific font, by name. Wow.
