I expect that, like last time, I'll be voting for someone else in the primary and Biden in the general. Since I live in Oregon, neither of these votes will matter -- in the strong sense in the primary, since the race will have already been decided, and in the weak sense in the general, because Oregon will definitely go to the Democrat.

The first problem could be fixed by having everyone vote at once or at least randomizing the order. The second could be fixed by a national popular vote.

@Pat It would certainly FEEL like it mattered if the result was close.

Not ashamed, just giving people we're federated with the option to skip it when they've had too much.
