环健Day 9:今天开了一般模式(确实很吵,以后还是静音吧),强度28,有效时间24分钟,跑完地图的练腿关(心率124)以后又做了一组腿部强化(最后没再测心率,但感觉没上升很多),总之只动了腿。难度提高以后深蹲和登山真的很累,我觉得心率上来一点也是连续深蹲太多次的缘故,明天应该继续开静音模式打地图的上肢关! :blobcatdrums:
