-neighbors want me to pay them $100,000's
-Dubai bulbs in particular, iirc are the brightest commercial bulbs on earth and can only be legally sold in the Arab Emirates
Basically, if they keep demanding money like I'm a cash cow- I figured I might as well put floodlights pointed in their general directions.
