Some banana and oats, crush the bananas and mix quick oats into them. Drizzle with maple syrup if extra sweetness desired (lightly, don't abuse it as it's addictive).

My go-to cereals are Frosted Flakes & raisin bran, though sometimes I'll get Fruity Loops

@design_RG Interesting! Looks like oatmeal, although I usually will eat that in a bowl.

@realcaseyrollins I used the quick oats usually sold for oatmeal preparation, but this can be done with large flaked oats if desired too.

No need to cook, it's quick and easy to prepare, very nutritious and fast for digestion. Great if I am riding my bike soon after for example.

I fought a long battle with my kids, this is way nicer and more nutritious than sugared industrial cereals. Which are very costly if you compare to simple oats in one kilo bags.
