@freemo Wow.... 22kg... that's good going. I've always cycled, but these days I try to do my 8 mile commute by bike as often as I can. Recently started heading out with a local cycling group, which I highly recommend. A 32 mile route seemed daunting but with a social group it's amazing how you're carried along.
