@freemo I wish I could say the balance is improving

Coming across things I've written at some point I invariably find myself reflecting on either what an amazing insightful genius I can be, or how much of an incoherent moron. The latter is far more common.

I've also been able to listen to Another Monty Python record, which my dad had on vinyl and I haven't heard in years..... Remembered some of it almost word perfect.

Further reflections on this.... My immediate response was to listen to stuff I'd perhaps thought of buying but wasn't that committed to.... Then I listened to some stuff I haven't heard for a long time. Now I've gone thoroughly off piste and caught some Icelandic weird jazz thing... that I didn't hate... but boy is this a great way to discover new things.

I have finally succumbed to the streaming music subscription model with Apple Music. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this but it's so damn convenient.

The phrase ‘vile loathsome pustule on the ballsack of humanity’ has just come to mind and I can only imagine using it to describe piers Morgan. Ideally to his face.

Having one of those days of frustration where I can't help but reflect on how many big decisions in my life have been shaped by misplaced loyalties and attachment to plans that haven't come to fruition. Happy Wednesday everyone.

@dick_turpin That said, I'd quite like it.... travel to Northern Ireland frequently and being able to drive across, or get a train, would be appealing.
