The spice store I bought from has high-gluten flour! I'm excited about this, should be healthier.

I used to buy gluten by the lb. Add a T or two for each loaf. I don't make bread much anymore so just freshly ground hard red wheat, freshly ground oats, and store bought bread flour.

@sda yea I can also just add generic protein powder too I suppose, should be pretty similar.
