I refuse to call "Arkansas" as are-can-saw ... how the hell do you get "saw" out of "sas"... no it is ark-can-sass ... I will die on this hill.
@freemo I could never quite get my head around that one too, but okay, I'm only a European. What do I know?
@sergeant You need a few kicks to the head from a mule before you can understand our southern pronunciations :)
