Welp, I got booted from IG. I post exactly the same photos I post here on Mastodon. I almost never interact with anyone on IG. I joined IG during the Great Dead Bird Exodus in Nov. '22. I still had <100 followers on IG. So I tired to appeal the decision deactivate my account (a decision made by their "technology"), but they wanted my phone number. It will be a cold day in hell before I give Meta my phone number. So thanks Meta, I'm happy your technology booted me. IG was a waste of time anyway.
