12/9/2021 ഞായറാഴ്ച പുതിയ വീട്ടിലേക്ക് താമസം മാറി. മകൾ ജാനകി ആയത് കൊണ്ട് വീടിന് മിഥില എന്ന് പേരിട്ടു. നന്ദി 😊

Unbelievably they were making fun of the patient and they were in a hurry to make the bill. The conversation was like this.. “ is the bill ready for Sujatha?” Other one: “not yet, she won’t walk today. By evening we can settle.”

When we ask, they humiliate us, make fun of situations. Soon after the procedure my mother was put on observation and we were standing beside her. But the #KIMS staff were unaware that we were with mother.

Bad experience at #KIMS
What’s your experience?

My mother underwent a procedure at Kims Trivandrum and the procedure cost they explained was 25k and for the stent 49k.The procedure was EUS guided FNA and ERCP. When I received the bill it was around 1.08 L.
