Muck Zuckerberg is actually a midwit.
He could be any of my idiot burner friends I lost.
He's not intelligent, he doesn't actually know much, he may have read books, but didn't understand them, he's not a child of wonder that is forever questioning the world.
He's flat out stupid.
This softy interview is only furthering my opinion that we are experiencing more incompetency, not malice in most cases.
And i wish joe treated this dick like he treats his ACTUAL friend alex jones
@Jagahati oh lawd he comin'
@hankg from memorycraft by lynne kelly, one of the best books i've read on memory palaces and other systems of mnemonics
@FediThing @phryk are there any stand out text adventures that come to mind
You can totally do things in visual or text ways, but the effects on the audience will be different depending on which you choose.
It's up to the artist to decide which effect is most appropriate.
In film-making the main rule is "show don't tell" but sometimes telling without showing works really really well:

If they'd done this scene as a flashback it would have been immensely expensive but also perhaps not as emotionally moving.
@hankg these were very common in the middle ages as a form of memory aid
@LouisConde you know the answer to that
