Just knowing "Abortion" is banned in Minecraft chat. And Microsoft think "teabag" is offensive and you can't type it in the bedrock edition.

It's a shame that Microsoft and Mojang doesn't have a mastodon account, so I can @ them and f*ck them in their face. (But I do did that on twitter LOL)

If the reporting system is included in the next java edition release, then I'll quit Minecraft. This game is dying. A block game does not need any censorship.

@skyblond Go play modded Minecraft? I don't think that's got any real ties to Mojang/Microsoft now except for the game files. But servers/mods/etc are all independent.

@trinsec They have a report system, once you have been banned, you can't play on any online server, including your own private server. Don't know how they did that, but seems like the mod community has already fixed it on latest rc.

But still, the censorship system itself is annoying. I'm a Chinese and there are already a lot of censorship in my life. I connect internet through proxy (now it's illegal, LOL), I use google, watch youtube, use mastodon, all I want to do is enjoy my freedom as a human. Now a game I loved so much is introducing censorship system? What the bloody hell.

Here are some videos about the reporting/censorship system in minecraft, from phoenix sc:
