If, let's say takazaruka fans, or Disney fans decided to host a instances and share screenshots and reviews on it, and secretly share copies to eachother, will the legal department take down their instance, or they take down any instance who has those timelines?

Well, if I were the instance owner, I definitely will use something like I2P to hide.

(Context: I'm kind of copyleft, where I think people have the right to redistribute the unmodified copies for non-commercial purposes. And I'm highly against taking down the z library.)
