@skyblond What about Shenzhen? I think it's the same economic zoning as Shanghai but maybe it is a little better.

@AmpBenzScientist It's a country level block based on what I saw.

There are different levels of block in China. Sometimes you got ISP block, they might think you're doing BT or something they don't like, so they either QOS your package or lowing your speed, or competely drop your packages, that depends on your local ISP.

Then the country level, sometimes you lose a port, sometimes you lose the IP, and sometimes you lose the whole block of ip (like vultr, their ips can be easily blocked by subnet). And looks like they have limits too, so generally they don't keep blocking forever, they may revoke those block after a period of time, maybe 1 week, maybe 6 months, reported by other people.
