**I have a job now!**
I'm a Chinese shitizen, but I generally don't post in Chinese to avoid being suffering from other Chinese.
I'm physically a male, but I don't care how people think about my gender. I can be male, or female, or cat. But if you ask, I'd prefer to be referred to as male. Also, I support LGBT+ people, and I'm a copyleft. I don't think I'm too aggressive in arguing things, but sometimes I do. You should handle it with care.
I post about programming (most time is Java and Kotlin, unless I have a new love), and some random things I find interesting. I also post about my mental health, which is in a stable state of instability, thanks to my parents and Chinese society.

本来想把El Salvador（萨尔瓦多）这个事情整理一下，但是实在是有心无力了，在米国的朋友大家可以关注一下，概括一下就是ICE没有经过正规程序把一个合法身份的人遣返回了萨尔瓦多，现在最高院判政府协助其返回，萨尔瓦多总统拒绝，Trump administration也没准备好好帮忙的意思，还说一些把美国的犯罪送到萨尔瓦多监狱的话（赤裸裸的威胁和试探底线了）。
田螺说这是他觉得近年来最严重的case，一个是Trump administration拒绝执行最高院的ruling，至少现在好像还拿他们没办法，相当于这个权力制衡不生效了；另一个是这让他想起了当年美国政府把日本人关到集中营了，因为ICE可以这样对待合法身份的居民，也能这样对待异见者；另外就是目前民主党的议员声量比较大，但是共和党一声不吭，属于一再击穿底线。

田螺准备给local representative写邮件表达抗议，有身份有条件的朋友也可以这么做。正如上面这位人权律师所言，“Many of us have been working on how to legally head off this nightmare. But public outcry and support will be essential. ”
I also take a pill of Loratadine, which should stop the allergy symptoms. But it looks like it's not working, so my coughing might not be cause by dust allergy.
@freemo No? As far as I know, neither I nor my families have asthema before... Initially the symptoms start with my nose and throat, which feels like a common cold or something. I did have antibody tests for covid, flu a, flu b and mp, but all of them are negative. Yesterday I went to the hospital mentioning the intensive coughing during the night. The doctor gives the nebulizer as a precaution, along with Singulair.
Wait... no... 5 minutes later and my throat wants to kill me again. My throat is still coughing, but I just want to sleep. It has been 4 continuous days that every night I was waking up multiple (>=4) times by the stupid coughing. I WANT TO SLEEEEEEEP!!!
wait... I might know why I'm coughing endlessly during the night. I just vacuumed my bed and all the related things. Now I'm lying on my bed, and I'm coughing less intensive.

And still, my throat is still in pain, but now it's due to the endless cough. Last night, I was waking up every hour because my throat didn't want me to sleep. It just keeps coughing.

@trinsec Probably. This time the cold feels stronger than usual. So I bought a bunch of antibody tests, which, I'm negative on covid, FluA, FluB and MP (Mycoplasma pneumoniae). At the end of the day I consulted a doctor, and he said I probably just got a common cold.
Can't believe a common cold could mess me up like this :(
@causa_arcana Thanks for the tip! Generally I don't want to rely on certain pills since I will probably go to hospital if the syndrome lasts for a long time. For my throat, over the weekend (which is not good due to the cold), I think that one pill of ibuprofen is all I take.

First time taking ibuprofen. That's amazing.
Somehow my throat is pain in the mouth[1]. Probably due to cold or flu or something I don't know. My throat is in pain even if I'm not coughing.
So I decide to take a pile of ibuprofen (which I bought months ago with no reason, just like to have some for spare). Guess what, it works and works pretty fast.
I'm glad I'm living in a time that medical is built on top of science, not eating this grass and see either you die or heal.

听完讲座的感受：无论是冷静期还是第一次不判离的各种离婚门槛设置，主要为了不让那些容易发疯的男的发疯，或者让他们就算发疯也就在家里发疯。
无语，女性是真*人肉沙包。
贺欣老师提到的一个非常反直觉的离婚诉讼案件点是，作为法定判决离婚的家暴行为，女方提出男方家暴的事实之后不仅不会被考虑，反而会提高女方想要通过法院诉讼离婚的难度。
因为制度限制，法官更多考虑结案率、(各种意义上的)不出事，包括自己人身安全不出事。而当事人袭击法官的事件，80%(具体概率见视频)左右是由于男性当事人对“法官导致自己家破人亡”的报复。因此当男性有严重的暴力倾向的时候，为了安抚男性，女性想要的离婚判决会更难。而当法官出于自身体验和思考等各种原因做出公正判决时，反而会给自己带来种种麻烦。包括但不限于：增加一件发回重审的案件不利于考核、由于当事人发疯而被内部调查等等。
很多时候普通人不懂法律理论、不看法律研究也拿不到什么真实数据，但他们会看到自己身边人的各种现实。最终汇聚成一句简单的“难道钱掉在地上我不知道捡吗？”
