@freemo I voted OpenSCAD, but I gotta be honest, it's the only one that I'm actually comfortable with. I didn't give the others much of a chance. @swiley
Considering it requires you to know a DSL and therefore one of the most complicated on the list, the fact that it was the only one you got comfortable with says something in its own right.
@freemo@herag IMO: Learning a DSL is much easier than learning a new GUI and building an intuition for manipulating 3d objects with a 2d display and pointing device.
for some people, myself included, this is true. Not sure how true it is in general.
Also with cad being a fundementally 3d visualization sort of domain I feel like its less beholden to that then other creation tools might be (like software development)
