@szescstopni this has happened to me before with some GF bread recipes.

This won't help you today, but if the bread gets stuck in the pan next time try wrapping the tin in clingfilm while it's still warm and leaving to sit upside down with the tin supported on either side, but not the loaf. The moisture will build up and _should_ soften the bread enough for it to slump out of the tin.

Afterwards putting it back in the oven on a tray will recrunch the crust.

@szescstopni well I have had loaves sponge up oil or butter and stick anyway, so it's a good to know trick even if you did everything else right 😂
