Sånt är valfritt, dvs sker efter medgivande av den enskilde och alltså inget företaget har rätt att veta. Troligen mindre vanligt i företag med dålig relation till facket.
I det här fallet är det både konflikt, arbetsgivaren saknar helt avtal, och företag är välkända för att hata fack, så dåligt läge att vara bjussig mot företaget.

@ren_stats Looking only at renewables doesn't tell about GHG emissions, the truly important thing.
Norway looks great, but has a strong oil and gas industry (ok, these emissions are not directly theirs since they export a lot; but they enable emissions from other countries).
France looks worse than Germany here, but a lot of its electricity is nuclear, so its GHG emissions are in fact lower than those of Germany.

New research "published in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine, found a wide discrepancy in prices [for baby delivery]...ranging from less than $1,000...up to $100,000. Even at the same hospital, price quotes varied—sometimes by tens of thousands of dollars—depending on whether the researchers checked online or asked for a price quote by phone."
