@edasfr il faut reapprendre a faire la cuisine en faite, essaye d'apprendre a faire des trucs indiens & indonesiens , les cultures naturellement vegetarienne , la cuisine irannienne et libanaise c'est pas mal. Mais c'est pas mal de nouveau astuces et techniques, chaque recette au debut sera une nouvelle experience. Apprendre a cuisiner toutes sortes de lentilles et d'haricots + faire des soupes / immense salades par reflexe.
