@mur2501 Not sure I'd consider that funny, but it is a bit a weird accident. The car with the cam probably drove too fast.

Yeah it's kinda the car's fault but also the rickshaws drive carelessly.
@mur2501 Yes, that swerve was weird. But the car with the cam should've anticipated for that eventuality with the speed it was driving at.
@mur2501 It is actually pretty simple. If cops are involved to resolve this situation, the car with the cam will be at fault. 1) Driving too fast, and 2) Driving into another car from behind.
The other car probably will get a ticket too for reckless driving due to the swerve.
But the one 'at fault' will be the car with the cam.

Probably the richshaw people munched out cash from the car people with the threat they will call police.
