But we need a voter's pass and an ID card in order to vote. So we don't have to mark fingers to prove we've already voted.

Voters IDs and all documents are also required here but being India political parties pay peoples to vote with documents of dead people or fake peoples 
@mur2501 How do you even get a voter's pass of fake people? Here, your name is on it. Then they compare that with the ID (with picture) and compare everything.

Lol. Some places allow voters to take the red pencil home with them. Apparently a few people are selling those pencils on Marktplaats as collector's items. 😂 Used only once!
