Hallo @trinsec
'Sup, @mur2501 ?
@trinsec
I am meowing fine
how you doing ![]()
@mur2501 I'm alright. It's finally getting to have a real summer-y feel this week, after over 2 months of regular rain and not-so-very-warm spring season. Usually May is a perfect sunny month... well the sunny part arrived at the very end of the last week. It'll hover around 20+C the coming 2 weeks at least. Quite a change up from the 12-15C the past month(s).
I suspect my cat will go outside more often the coming time. He usually naps on a stool very near me, but those moments might be reserved for the evenings now.
@trinsec
We were all sunny since March at 45°C (except the Cyclone days) though today it rained very heavily so we can say that the rainy season for the Western Ghats is nearer.
Now we will get continuos rains till the rainy season ends as well as snakes, frogs, crabs, snails, etc will come out of there dens
@mur2501 The snails will come out of their dens anyway whether it's wet or dry here. A few years ago, during a heatwave, I decided to roam around in my garden near midnight, wielding a flashlight, rubber gloves, and a large bowl.
The catch of the night was quite interesting. Over 50 snails caught, some of which were having kinky sex too. And my rubber gloves were bloody hard to clean afterwards because it was totally covered in slime. Slimer from the Ghostbuster would've been jealous.
Didn't have a lot of trouble with snails for a few weeks after that, heh.
20-25C is my ideal temperature. It's going to be nice the coming weeks. With some small rain the coming weekend, apparently.
When does the rainy season end?
