@twotwenty Funky, number 2 and number 3 don't seem any relevant to vaccinations? Number 1 sounds cool, but probably not realistic in short term. Number 4 sounds like it's already present?
@twotwenty 2&3 probably depends on country. I trust my country fairly much, so I probably have a hard time relating there.
But number 4... aw man, that sucks. I can understand a mandate for specific job professions (working with fragile people for starters, care homes.. that kinda stuff). But normal government work? Your country's going way further with this than ours.
@trinsec I live in Canada. I thought I trusted my country at least halfly.
@trinsec 2&3 are relevant since
2. we depend on the media to deliver us information about xyz.. if we cannot trust it, it will not help us trust those to megaphone about our(their) needs, I believe because we cant trust it or our leaders is why there are so many fringe beliefs today not because facebook lets them post their non sense.
3. How can I trust my state mandating vaccination for workers if I cant trust they care about the sanctity of life.
4. Many people even in Canada like federal workers are being mandated to take it, if the choice is homelessness, its not really a fair choice. that threat isn't far if the choice of death. I am a university worker and they have mandated it recently for all staff and students. I am facing joblessness. Public health will not be served well by sending me into homelessness I suspect.
