@freemo My cat doesn't have a collar either. He always manages to lose 'em and it costs me like 3 euro every freaking time so I gave up on that. (He's chipped though)

Is the cat looking well taken care of? Shiny coat? then it might possibly not be a stray or someone's feeding it regularly enough.

The stras in egypt are so well taken care of its hard to say. Many stored keep water and food outside for the strays and the strays hang out inside when the store is open but are on the street on days its closed and at night.
